I had a fantastic experience at Tatsu Ramen! Excellent customer service that really enhanced my dining experience.I came to eat late dinner tonight . Been craving a new place to enjoy ramen. The absolute best staff along with Adam the manager was a pleasure and made sure everything was perfect .
Whew. What can I say. I don't really want to criticize restaurants but I will take exception on this one.1 their basic ramen only have a few garnishes. They will nickle and dime (morw like 3 to 4$) you for every added ingredients you want to put on your ramen.Be prepared to at least spend 25$ per person not adding any garnish on your ramen.There are other ramen houses in los angeles that taste better and with wallet friendly prices. I got the Bold Ramen with pork & level 2 spicy which I should have gotten level 3 or 4 spicy but I added chili oil and it was good. The food was great but as many others have stated there's very little broth I wish the bowl was a bit bigger because after all the noodles and toppings there's maybe 12oz of broth. Other than that I really liked it and the service was good and seating available but I did go in at 1:30am so idk what it's like during busy hours. I'll definitely be back...read full review
