“I cater for and event at home carnitas combo and wow ? there where exelen. since the moment I call it there where so helpful there way I payed the invoice was easy and secure. The people working at the restaurant had a positive attitude when I pull up to pick up my order and helpful explaining my order. All my guest where asking who made the carnitas stilo michoacan so I pass on the information of the restaurant. I will recommend this place ?“
“We stopped here for coffee and dessert, the place is a bit old and needs to be cleaned and dusted, in general the restaurant is cozy, there are only three tables inside but more seating is available outside, but if you stay outside be prepared to smell smoking or weed from people passing by. We ordered Expresso and sweet bread, the coffee was really good and the bread was okay, not really amazing, lots of pictures on the wall from famous people, specially Jeni Rivera, but this area is dirty and definitely should be cleaned. The restroom is clean and lots of free parking is available.“
“The service and the food is top quality! The inside is just like taquerias in Mexico tabletop and benches. I don't know why we haven't been here before we frequent the shopping center. Didn't get a chance to take a pic of the food because we were hungry. Ordered a papa con asada, taco Sonora and regular asada tacos. All of them were delicious. But by far my favorite is the Sonora taco.“
“I read the reviews for this place, and all true. These tacos are amazing! My husband is from Guadalajara and knew how to specifically order the "carnaza" ones, and he was pleased. He was so impressed that he asked, " Do you only hire from Guadalajara?" The tacos are FULL of meat. I had to get a spoon so I wouldn't keep using my hand to eat what fell on my plate. Lengua tacos were absolutely delicious. We have eaten at several places and others just don't compete. They are seasoned well. I also loved that the location was air-conditioned. It felt so good when we walked in. The service was great as well. This will be our new spot for our taco cravings.Parking: There is plenty of parking due to several shops on the lot.“
“Freaking amazing!! We got the Ceviche de pescado, caldo de pescado, y tacos de pescado! It’s too bad we got full because we wanted to keep eating lol but we took the rest to go. Our truck broke down so we were next door getting our truck worked on and Rudy(Mechanic) recommended this place to us and it did not disappoint! Such big portions and great price. We had a lot to take home and I also bought a bottle of their sauce they make in house! It’s really really good and has a nice kick to it ?️ thank you all and great service!Parking: I can see it could be difficult to find parking on the weekends but today that was not the case. Plenty of parking as we came on a Wednesday“
“Best seafood in the area and micheladas! They also have great lemonades with sparkling water. Wether you get raw or cooked seafood you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. They also have great kids options. Keep in mind it’s cash only“

“You Must Come Here....Look.They received you with " Leche de Tigre"Tiger's Milk= Traditional Delicatessen from Sinaloa/ El Chapo's Homeland.Wednesday Ceviche TostadasSpecial.Tuesday Tacos Special. They Cut the Prices,The Flavor is Fully Enjoyable.“
“Food is good overall. Tacos and burritos are of decent size for the price. Maybe if they post the price of all their items ,customers will not be confused about the price on the receipt. Aguas frescas taste goood enough for my liking. The staff is friendly and courteous. Needs to stay open a little bit later, like the good old days. Keepe up the good job Noe. Your father would be proud of you.“
“Very delicious the 2 times I have been but the first time I was served by Diana and very good service, attentive at all times, very helpful that makes you feel comfortable, the second time there were 2 other girls I don't know their names but bad service my food Friend, the terrible service took a long time, I will return to the place but when DIANA is here!!!!!!!“
“It saddens me to say that this shall be my last visit. I have been going to this restaurant since I was a child. Unfortunately my last two encounters were both negative. Food not so tasty or fresh like it once was. This establishment is obviously going or have gone through kitchen or cook changes. Like the saying goes, "do it to me once, shame on you, do it to my twice, shame on me"“
“Believe it or not they were making Thanksgiving dinners here in this location, and I ordered one. it was fantastic. the food, everything they prepared was done very well. While I was waiting for the order to come out I enjoyed this ice cream with strawberries and whip cream. It was actually delicious. I read in some of the reviews that it's a bit pricey but sometimes quality has a price. And everything is prepared with patience and care . Next time you would like to have a torta Or some other delicious meal stop in say hello and order something to dine in or to go. Excellent excellent excellent excellent.Parking: There was space when I arrived to park“
“Add the steak chimichanga 4 lunch. Paid for side of sour cream. Food was good, I think it would have been better with a sauce on it. The authentic Mexican food side is more realistic. All in all it was very good. Great service and priced reasonably.“
“Carne asada burrito is regular size and packs flavor. Meat was good, rice and beans had good flavor. Torta is small to medium size but bread was toasted and soft. Torta had lettuce, sour cream, tomato and salsa. I got it on the side, they have two green which is mild and flavorful and a red which packs a kick but has a nice smoky flavor. Red was my favorite since I enjoy spicy.“
“This place is great, just need a bit of organization with service: they really do their best, but details such as bringing a spoon to serve a sauce, beans, or knives for each, prives them from officially being above their game. Also, if you want extra homemade salsa, you must pay for each. Usually, a fine cuisine restaurant would never do that, that should be part of their "staple". A dinner for four if you truly want to satisfy your hunger, could range between $250-$300, if ordering two fish orders and two grilled octopus portions (they are fairly small). This may include soft drinks for each, or a beer or two people from group, max. ***You pay for what you get, because the the food is exquisite, and the true star of the show is Sarandeado Fish“
“I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT! BEAUTIFULLY BONDED FAMILY! GREAT TAMALES AND POZOLE IS AMAZING! CONVENIENTLY ON MY WAY to WORK! GRACIAS MARIA ?? GREAT CAFE DE LA OLLA! forgive any misspelled words.Parking: It's a small corner establishment and you can find parking anywhere. You might have a little walk, but nothing major!Kid-friendliness: Very family orientedWheelchair accessibility: It's manageable“
“One of the best local pupusa places in Lynwood/South Gate area. Their pupusas are huge and full of cheese that pulls out when you break the pupusas. Their curtido is very flavorful. They also serve a delicious Carne Guizada with rice, beans, salad, and had made delicious fat tortillas. One more item that my wife and I like to order and now our son loves too is their sopa de pollo that comes with a lot of vegetables, two pieces of chicken and most impotently, they serve it with little coditos pasta inside. it brings the sopa to another level especially when you are sick or it's just a sopa kind of weather. The staff is very friendly and very attentive. Will definitely keep coming back here as long they keep making delicious food.“
“Tostada mixta and Camarones 2 sabores by far the best. Been going almost 25 yrs now. Atmosphere not 5 but had to give them all 5s because it my favorite place to go when I'm in town and Im always happy to eat and support this family owned business. The serrano salsa and chips are never a disappointment!“
“Personally, when I visited my family in the South Gate area, I always got to taste a delicious plate of goat birria at this iconic Birrieria Jalisco, its flavor, texture and delicious sauce, accompanied by warm tortillas, handmade and You can also enjoy its tasty fresh waters, Mexican soft drinks and if you feel like a cold beer, its prices are acceptable, it is worth it, it is located next to Plaza Mexico.“
“My son always gets the regular chicken strips meal when it started out at 5.oo and now its 10.00 but it is still good with nice seasoning and the chicken tacos with red salsa are delicious. They make a nice half chocolate half strwberry shake too i like it better than in-n-“
“On this occasion I have to say that I did not eat any food at El Gallo Giro, but I have eaten here before, and I have had a rich impression of what is sold here, preferably the carnitas, but there is a variety of food and drinks Mexican, the atmosphere is pleasant, reasonable prices, health service, good service and it has other locations.“
“We ate here for lunch today and it was excellent! Everything was freshly prepared and very flavorful. Highly recommend this restaurant!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and fish optionsParking: Back lot with about 10 parking spaces, and neighborhood street parking“
“We had lunch at Angelo's and it did not disappoint. As fans of the movie Falling Down, it was so cool to see the Whammy Burger location! Moving on from that, the owner was really nice and friendly and we joked around and talked a bit and the HUGE menu had so many options and we felt the food was made with love and care. The staff were really friendly. We truly had a great experience at Angelo's and we hope to return.“
“This spot has some amazing rolls. From deep fried rolls to baked rolls and, of course, classic rolls, everything is different and delicious. We've been exploring their menu for years now, and it is definitely a fusion that calls to continue to be discovered. This is Sinaloa style sushi made with lots of love. The rolls are creative and culturally distinctive, and all come with classic regional sides that include a secret signature sauce. This food takes time. It's usually a 25-minute wait for your order. If there are people ahead, it usually takes a minute to get your order. Calling in your order is highly recommended. It is also cash only and the parking is very limited and there are only a few benches for outdoor seating and no restrooms. Despite a few unappealing elements, this place is always packed. It's definitely a must try.Parking: It's mostly street parking and it's very limited. This place is located where a street splits into a 3 way, so it's in that small patch in between, not on the length of a whole street. They have about 3 parking spots off to one side of their building, but that's about it.“
“Wow I hadn't been to this place in decades. I wish it would have been on other terms, but any how my oldest daughter, Christina and I stopped by for a quick bite. Still looks the same, very clean both in and outside . Their menu choices changed. More items to choose from. But the taste and flavor is unbelievable . I had a burrito de Chile Verde it was good. My daughter ordered the asada fries. I said damn, they look bomb can I taste some? She said of course mom. And I did, I ate some and some more. Forgot about my burrito. These asada fries were amazing. I'm not exaggerating but where I stay at (Pomona) I have not tasted asada fries, well I have. But not quite like these. No joke, these were delicious ?! We need Lucy's out there in IE area. Cause it's a bit far to travel out this way just for some asada fries. But for these here I will. I will definitely be back!!!!“
“I have selfishly not reviewed this great spot for fear it might be too busy for lunch! Shame on me. This is by far my favorite lunch spot. I come every week and they never miss. The owner is super nice and cares about every order leaving his kitchen. Rosie is an angel. She pours her heart in the food and you can surly taste the love. I have literally had everything in the menu. You can't go wrong! Me and my girl friend love sitting outside while enjoying one of their freshly Made drinks.“
