My review is for the worker named Kat on 11/25/2023 around 8pm.. I would like to give her 5 stars... I don't normally eat Panda Express, but while I was at Walgreens. I figured I'll stop inside for some chow mein and orange chicken . Kat was making plates, refilling the food from the cooks, and helping with checking out customer. Excellent team player. I was there yesterday and the female cashier was too busy talking to her co-worker that didn't give me a fork or the soy sauce I asked for, and she decided to round up the price of my order and kept my change. I definitely don't recommend this place at all. The food is expensive and to top it off the customer service is really bad.

So, I really wanted to say I'm not a fan of the new paper replacement for the "plate" box. The food practically melts through the paper and ended up a slurried mess when I got home. That's all, I'm not criticizing the food or the employees. They're great, no it's those damn paper plates I hate.
