This was our first time coming here after hearing great things about the food. Experience started great. Once we were given our food, being helped by CYNTHIA, can’t say enough about how rude this girl was. Rude face, rude attitude, just a very rude person. She should not be seen as a face of this place or having any contact with customers with that face and attitude. Every other persons we came into contact with was great. Food was delicious. Don't let the name fool you, Frosty Queen is not some whack Dairy Queen knock off. The burgers are great, so are the chicken sandwiches! The kids love to get their ice cream and dip their fries in it. The best Sunday in Madera is a matinee followed by lunch at Frosty Queen.
