I love South Quarters Cuisine!! They never fail to hit it out the park! On my first visit I purchased a slab of ribs ( fall off the bone tender), and a pound of the beef (juicy, tender, smoked to perfection). It was Love at First Bite!! Two weeks later I was back for another slab of ribs. My plan is to visit every two weeks. I have to admit I wasn't sure about this place but the reviews were so good, I had to give it a try - and so glad we did. It was excellent BBQ with a genuine smoke flavor without being dry as often happens. Too many BBQ places sacrifice the moist and juicy meat for more smoke - but why? My boy told me about this spot, so I gave it a try. My expectations wasn't that high to be honest. If I can't see the grill I'm usually skeptical about it but boy I boy. It tasted hella good! Got the brisket and chicken with the red beans and rice with collard greens. ??? Didn't expect that at 10am. Give it a shot their menu is wide!
