This location has been on a downward spiral for years now. It apparently has gotten so bad that this location is currently closed! Rumor has it their under new management (HOPEFULLY!) and this location is closed temporarily while they dive into the restaurant and make improvements that need to be made. Unfortunately this Subway is not up to the same standards as other stores. Online orders are never ready on time and are often made incorrectly, staff are unpleasant and complain. Worth driving to Arcata/Eureka or even Willow Creek for better service☹️
This place has its ups and downs. They are often out of a lot of items and sometimes closed at wired unexplainable times. However the customer service is great as the people always greet you upon arrival even when it is very very busy. For this trip I got a melt, however the original one I wanted they were not able to make, so I went for another melt. They were really accommodating and wanted to make me a happy customer.
