“Outstanding atmosphere, service, food, and drink. The service was very attentive and nice. The food is always top shelf. We like hanging out at the bar with Annie and Gage. They run the bar like they own the place, crafting perfect cocktails, and entertaining us with genuine witty banter. Get the special, no matter what it is, delicious!”
“The Meadow Vista Mountain Mike's is seriously a treat! Their food? Exceeds all expectations. Jag, the owner, is on another level - he makes sure everyone walks out with a grin. Our pick? The BBQ at the Ranch Pizza, and oh boy, it was pure deliciousness! Loaded with toppings and that crispy thin crust... we just couldn't get enough. Whether you're a local on the hunt for your pizza paradise or just passing through, seriously, do yourself a solid and swing by this awesome Mountain Mike's.”
“Prosciutto and Margherita pizzas were both excellent. The Focaccia bread with the oil and balsamic was perfect. Took a really long time to pay for my to go order but the food was worth the wait.”
“Food was okay. I've eaten here a few times and the prices have gone up a lot! Our bill was $50 (with tip) for two meals and two soda drinks. We ordered a stack of pancakes and a French dip! Will not be eating here again just because of the steep prices for what we ordered.”
“Great Food amd Ice cream! Lil wait not too bad! Food is fresh and Tasty!! Ice cream sweet creamy amd cold couldn't ask for more!!Vegetarian options: They had a few options.”
“LOVE their sandwhiches. My husband gets the rat trap sandwhich with extra of their sauce, and I get the turkey on french with mix cheeses.I don't know how long they've been doing soup, but we got the brocolli and cheese, that too was really good. Not to mention they have a big assortment of cheeses and meats for sale.”
“First time in we had no idea what we were doing. Turns out they were only doing take out atm but the very nice lady let us dine out side. She even brought us icecream at the end. Sweetest woman truly. Great food too.”
“The food was tasty and the service was good. It appears they rely heavily on takeout business and have chosen not to invest in the atmosphere of the restaurant.”
“This is a terrific family owned business! The food and service is always top notch and the vibes are amazing, and they have an ALLSTAR MVP behind the counter, she’s the best!!! Even hours later the food is delicious (my sandwich) highly recommend”
“I don't know how I didn't know about this place!!! Best Mexican restaurant in town.I got the Chile relleno & shirp taco and it was delicious ? !! Fast , clean and super friendly people. Will come back to try the giant burrito.”
“This was my first axe throwing experience and I couldn't have been happier. The owner gets a special shout-out for being personable and just an all around cool guy. He went above and beyond to ensure we knew what we were doing (I was darn near a pro by the time our session was over). The location was clean and the vibe was perfect.”
“Quick service - sandwich ready in 5 min. (And that was at the height of the lunch hour).potato chips included. That's a plus. The place is clean and comfortable.Vegetarian options: Just a couple but excellent, especially the Berkeley sandwich. Need to have an all-vegetable soup.”
“India Oven in Auburn gets an A+. Everything was absolutely delicious, the Tandoori Chicken, the best we've ever had. Service was fast and competent. Restaurant was clean and had a lovely atmosphere. Can't wait to return.Dietary restrictions: Gluten -Free options”
“Stopped at AA for the first time on a Sunday after bowling. We ate in the large back room. I thought the prices were a bit high, but I admit that I don't eat out much and realize costs have come up. It is a huge menu, so something for everyone but may be overwhelming. Our server Wyatt was very attentive and friendly. The food was excellent. I sampled the reuben, salmon benedict, and bread pudding, all delicious. The portion size is generous and the food came out hot. AA gets my nod over Sweetpea's (across the freeway).”
“This is our first time to try this great ice cream and beer restaurant. A nice change from the yogurt across the street. It has a great atmosphere, with awesome murals. The person working was really friendly and knowledgeable. I tried two different flavors of ice cream and they were both delicious! My son had mini pancakes! We will definitely return and support this new place. Located right near the Clock Tower. They also have a upstairs dining loft!”
“Best pizza in town! Great beer selection (including many local brews). Gotta have the wings and churros. Awesome new location - especially the front bar seating and rooftop patio. Friendliest staff around. 10/10: would eat again.”
“Hands down the best bagels and cream cheese concoctions we have ever had. Always fresh and delicious. Super kid friendly also which is such a plus! The owners are awesome and care about their customers. That itself makes all the difference. Thank you for being the best bagels in Auburn.”
“Had the Coyote Supreme with a Caesar salad on the side. Sooooooooo, goood! Looking forward to going back again next week with the friends that weren't able to make it tonight. Service was great and the ambiance is on a more intimate scale than it's predecessor now is.”
“Breakfast was ? yummy ?, the waitress was very attentive even helping a disabled man to his Truck with his drink. The busser girl was very sweet. Very nice Monday morning ”
“What a pleasure to dine here for my best friend's birthday. The drinks were delicious, steak tartare appetizer delicious, the pork chop was the best we've ever had anywhere, profiteroles delicious and we refused to split so we each got our own and devoured them! Will definitely recommend to anybody interested in some top notch food and I hope to enjoy eating there again soon!”
“We have had lunch at the Royal Indian several times. We are a group of guys who rotate lunch in the Auburn area. The food is tasty , beer is cold, ( from India and in large bottles) and the service is excellent. The menu is extensive, with different meats and different sauces, plus side dishes. Servings are large and you don't leave hungry! It's a nice setting and pretty quiet so conversation is easy. Parking is on the street or in a nearby community parking lot.”
“Their fruit basket cake is absolutely amazing! Every single time I bring it to a party everybody loves it. And I personally do not like cake, but I love this one. Their bread is extremely popular and their sandwiches are really good if your dining in.Parking: Parking can be a bit of a nightmare. There’s only street parking in the street is somewhat busy.”
“We always get the chicken burritos and just love them, even if they are too big to eat in one sitting. We also love the free chips and salsa bar. This is much better as a fast food Mexican restaurant than it ever was as a Burger King!”
“I love this place! I've never been disappointed with the food or the service. It's so cozy inside, and outside date nights on the deck can't be beat.”
“We have been going to this place for years! They are quick, kind, and serve delicious food. Our favorite are the avocado rolls, yum YUM! They cost an additional amount of $, but so worth it! I like their lunch special and the price is incredibly reasonable! Our favorites include pad see ew tofu, yellow curry tofu with brown rice, and the asparagus curry. We enjoy bringing friends and family here. Keep up the good work!!”
“I've been coming here for years and loved the environment and food, and now I have the privilege to be working here! I know exactly what goes into every product we sell and I stand by Missions now more than ever! We make so much in house and use good ingredients, that I confidently invite friends and family to eat here. I know all the staff personally and they are all so sweet and patient. They go beyond for customers and work diligently to get everyone's orders out as quickly as possible. All in all, I love working here and hope you will love eating here!Dietary restrictions: We have options for everyone, from keto to gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian, and vegan! We're very careful about allergies and dietary needs and have a separate blender for peanut butter drinks.”
“Just like Newcastle produce I get excited when I see baked and brewed on the route sheet for our bicycle rides. The entire old Auburn area is really very eclectic. Baked and brew has a wide variety of baked goods, generous portion sizes and great coffee in an awesome staff. What's really especially good is that they have a lot of room to sit outside in the sun where you can warm yourself and enjoy your coffee and scone.”
“Went at 11:15am; already superbusy. One of my 1st times at any in-n-out, so I had trouble articulating my order [secret menu item]. Also, never had a fountain drink from them. Cashier was helpful & patient; gave great advice to make an Arnold Palmer from the house lemonade & iced tea.Rather a long wait but it was very busy [dozen+ groups waiting for food, & about 20 waiting to order].My food was exactly as ordered. Enjoyed my 1/2&1/2 drink. The place was VERY clean; the staff I interacted with were efficient & very friendly.I commend the service, atmosphere, staff, & ability to customize your burgers.Only con: patties are thin & not seasoned.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, no stairs or impediments from parking lot to both doors; ramps wrap completely around; wide aisles to indoor tables, also outdoor tables.Didn't use the restrooms, so no comment on them.”
“This small cafe is great for breakfast! I love the omelet that's topped with hollandaise sauce. The service is good too. They have a few outdoor tables that are nice when the weather is good.”
“Very cute and cozy local coffee shop! Great spot for a breakfast sandwich or lunch or coffee. People are welcome to grab a book from their free library or sit and knit or play games. Really lovely spot for a get together!”
