My sister ordered wings from y'all and she only got carrots, fries and ranch. How tf yall wingstop but only deliver sides? When she called, she was told the wings would be ready when she would arrive. SIKE, they had her waiting for over 30 minutes and had to wait till the manager got off of their break to make her order. Yall’s food is good, but the service needs to get it together. This is not our first experience with having trouble with your service.
January 3rd i ordered for pickup from the 30024 Haun Rd STE 150 Menifee, California Wingstop. I sat there for my order and seen that i was being side eyed by one of the workers. This already making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I see that when other people come in to pick up that they were given there food just by confirming there name . Ordered for pick up and it took 25 min before the staff addressed us to pick up our “ready” order. Get home and part of the order is missing. No one answered the phone when called. It was an almost two hours between ordering and eating.
