Their winds and shack bites are amazing! Always taste so tender and fresh. I love the Korean bbq and mango habanero sauces. They definitely have a kick to them! I've tried buffalo fries ans those are pretty good to. The portion size is great as well
Customer service was attentive and welcoming. The food was good not great. Salad, shack bites, four waters(charged regular price for water. Weird), kids cheeseburger (extra for cheese and bacon on a $12 burger for a five year old), and a chicken wrap was about $70 before tip to feed four people. I we all thought every item (except the salad) was way over salted. Would go back for the customer service and give them another shot.

Ordered on the Yelp app. Thank you for making it easier! Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich combo with bbq baked beans, hot sauce and hot bbq sauce along with a diet drink. I went in a little earlier and the worker was very nice. Easy to talk to. My order was already ready and handed over. I got a drink since it was a combo. Went to the drink station and got Diet Coke. After that I started leaving and the worker wished a good day! =) The place is safe and clean and practiced....read full review
