For years...I used to go eat every Thursday, at the taco truck at Food Center parking lot... Then one day they were just gone.... Someone just mentioned to me, that these are the same people that used to be at the food center...Tacos were delicious like I remember... Honestly, pretty good tacos. I had one asada taco and one carnitas torta and I was left full and satisfied. The taco came with cilantro, onion, a lemon wedge, green salsa, pickled carrots, radish slices, and about half a jalapeño which all came together to make a savory, slightly spicy taco. I do wish the sauce could have a bit more of a kick, and that the meat was a tiny bit more salted. The tacos are good and the burritos are a good size and well portioned inside. The carnitas was a bit on the crunchy side. They were fast during the lunch hour. Even with a crowd of customers, they are consistently fast.
