I usually look forward to my visits to Little Caesars, known for their quick service and budget-friendly options. I'm kind of torn on this review. The calzone and crazy bread were great. I ordered on the app and it said it would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. I arrived after 25 minutes and order was not in portal. App said it was still being prepared. I finally got after another 25 minute wait. Also while waiting, I saw a girl in the back drop a spatula on the floor. She then picked it up and transferred a pizza with it without cleaning it off. Bad parking.. went in on a busy day, waited maybe 5 minutes or so and the line wasnt moving so I left. In that little time I noticed the employees looked a little irritable, moving slow (granted it's hot in a pizza shop). The back didn't look dirty, but it looked hectic.
