Dietary restrictions: Great customer service. While in the drive-thru, the person was able to help me with my order. I felt comfortable, when ordering my order. Driving up, she handled my order with so much care. I really didn’t expect this quality of service. I really appreciate the time and customer service April was about to provide.
Came thru the other day and ordered Whooper Jr, when it came time to pay my cards were getting declined! Even my bank card. I told the gentleman in the drive thru let me make a quick phone call and I apologized for the circumstance. While I was in the car another gentleman brought me the sandwich and said here eat it we don’t want it to get cold while you wait to get your situation resolved’ I obviously couldn’t eat it I had to figure out what’s happening with my cards....read full review

The very polite gentleman working the register was most helpful, he suggested that I add an onion rings to my chicken sandwich and Oreo milkshake and it was an offer I couldn't refuse on account of it reducing the total cost more than $3 .. If hes not the manager, he should be. Since im supposed to have it my way at BK.. promote that guy please +$3 raise because good performance should be equally rewarded.
