It's tough finding something here to nitpick. Really good food. I've tried both the regular and the spicy UFC Club. The heat level for the spicy sandwich is pretty well calibrated. It's like a good medium kick. You can feel it, but it's not too much. Everything on my sandwiches has been on point. The bread is nice. The veggies are fresh. The bacon and spread are tasty. I had them cater my birthday party and they were wonderful! They worked with me on the menu, stayed within my budget, showed up on time, were flexible, and the food tasted wonderful! I might have another party just so they could cater it!
Tried them for the first time on Tuesday afternoon and got their UFC sandwich: crispy fried chicken with maple bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, and sauce . It was $8 but it really was worth it. It wasn't as long as a Vietnamese banh mi sandwich but the size of the chicken piece more than compensated for the smaller length of this sandwich.
