Featuring their Creme Brulee Premium Two Stack, this soufflé style pancake brings the jiggly to the party. This style of pancakes makes everything so light, so you don't have to worry about feeling heavy afterwards!@phidingthefam

This is my third time coming to Gram, but it's our first time trying the shabu. They allowed us to order from both the shabu menu and the pancake menu, so of course we ordered the eponymous souffle pancake. Over the times I've been here, I'd rate this location as overall average. I'd say, maybe 3.5? The savory food is nothing to write home about, and maybe a little underwhelming depending on what you're looking for. I personally wouldn't recommend ordering it. Cute, trendy spot. I believe the actual space is 2 restaurants in 1. I had a flight to catch and gave myself enough time to enjoy a sit down meal before I had to head to the San Jose airport. Unfortunately, service was a bit slow so as time went by, I increasingly got anxious about making my flight.
