“Looking for a place to celebrate Valentine’s Day? One of the best kept secrets in Milpitas might be Chez Christina on Jacklin Road. This Vietnamese / French Bistro style restaurant is offering a Valentine’s Day Prex Fixe menu that’s sure to please. Check it out, but you will need reservations.“
“So great to find a Vietnamese that actually serves the 7 Beef Course in the Bay area. I thought this specialty could only be found in Vietnam. We surely ordered their 7 Beef Course (2 orders minimum for this set), with a couple of other side dishes. The taste of the 7 beef course was surprisingly authentic from the wrap, the beef dishes to the sauce. I felt like I was back to our hometown and was enjoying this with family. Other dishes were amazing, too. However, it’s quite pricey for $37 for one order. We enjoyed it nonetheless. And, one thing to note is that their kitchen closes at 8:30pm despite the restaurant’s close time is at 9pm. After 8:30pm, they will refuse to serve any new guests, so please plan your visit accordingly.Vegetarian options: Would not recommend to vegetarian friends because this restaurant clearly indicates that their main menu is beef.Dietary restrictions: Their dishes contain many common allergies such as peanut, egg, many types of meats. Please consult with waiters before ordering.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair entrance and tables“
“Great hole in the wall place to get your soymilk/tofu fix. It's in a very unassuming plaza, across from another much bigger Asian shopping plaza. My favorites are the soymilk and tofu pudding which are both so fresh. The sweet soymilk isn't too sweet and is $5 per half gallon. The tofu pudding ($6 for a large) is freshly made every day and is piping hot when served and very filled to the brim, so be careful when opening it up. It comes with a ginger syrup. Personally I don't like ginger so I just sprinkle some sugar on top. The tofu pudding runs out though so just keep that in mind. Also, this place is cash only.“
“No. 1 best Vietnamese noodle in town.Any time when my family is in town in Milpitas, we would always love to go to this authentic Vietnamese noodle restaurant for a great hot beef soup.Always our first choice & best noodle restaurant in town“
“Been here for many years since the early 2000s although the price has changed the quality has mostly remained the same. The bbq beef banh mi is heavenly although a bit skimpy on the meat the sauce also is out of the world that doesn’t compare to other Vietnamese sandwich shops. The rice and noodle dishes are good for the portion. This is a family owned business so it is cash only . Plenty of side dishes or snacks to choose from at the counter“
“I love the broth!!!! I can tell that you must have braised the broth forever since the broth was so good. I was busy each time my husband wanted to take me so I asked him to buy to go. OMG a I opened the door coming home to smell Pho all over my home. It felt as if I was at the restaurant. The aroma was pho-Ing good!!! The meat was pho-tastic.and I love the huge volume of onions and fresh tasking ginger in every bite. If you love pho or if you love noodles or if you love food, then you must visit this Pho Thin Ha Noi - pho-ing good.“
“Best Smashed Avocado is back (although a chain, the taste of this location's smashed avocado is not replicated elsewhere)! Not sure what happened a couple of months back in the midst of ownership change rumors but the smashed avacado we had tasted horrible, which made us stop coming to this location. Decided to give this location another chance today and was glad to discover our go-to smashed avacado location is back. Friendly owner.“
“This place is known for that bowl that I got in the picture. It's I come here for and it is all I have ever tried. It's hella damn good and that broth is banging. You used to get an actual crab claw, but now they have updated it 3x jumbo tiger monstrous shrimps. Get that.“
“Taro dessert 5/5 - this was so good! I don't think it's a traditional viet dessert but it was good. I like that the taro is real taro and not just powder. It is a little expensive for viet dessert but it's pretty big and more than enough for two people to share.“
“Very tasty food. I ordered the Vermicelli Bowl with pork and it was just the right amount of sauce and proportions between the vermicelli, veggies, and the meat that it was refreshing. The bowl was nice and big too and I finished all of my food because it was so delicious. I think I will come back here again if I happen to be in the area. 10/10.“
“One of the best pho places in milpitas, service was good, food was great and overall a clean place to eat. The workers there super nice, i don’t have to worry asking for extra limes and workers making a face. Food always comes in hot and the noodles do not break off! I’m so happy they have a lot of sauce options in each table. Thai tea with boba is always my go to!! Recommend this place.“
“Been eating Pho a LOT since college in East Coast. This place did not disappoint. One of the better ones I've had since I've been visiting West Coast.Pretty generous portion. The Pho was awesome. The BoLucLac was pretty good.Service was fast and professional. Place was clean.“
“Very surprised this place is not more crowded. Hidden gem for sure...Bánh khọt was light, crispy, coconut-y and yummy.Súp cua was close to what i had in Vietnam.Bún thịt nướng was also on point. I very enjoy it.Will definitely come back!“
“If you're thinking of eating pho, eat early because there is no ac in here. Spacious restaurant. My friends and I ordered grilled pork over rice, grilled beef over vermicelli, grilled pork over Vermicelli and pork chop over rice. The flavor was good 8/10. The eggrolls were crunchy and flavor was good 8/10. We came late around 8 pm and they close at 9. We got our food within 20 mins. Service was fast. They gave huge portion on the grilled pork over rice. We end up taking leftovers to go. I would come back here again.“
“So glad my friend found this place on Google map. It is now one of my top pho to-gos for sure. Food is absolutely amazing. We ordered one porridge, 2 different pho & one egg noodle dish and had to share them bc all of them taste so good. The owner who runs this place is so nice and fun to talk to. Highly recommended!“
