“Great costumer service, very helpful. I appreciated being acknowledged when you are first seen. Burritos are small, but it was filling, great salsa. Plenty of drinks to choose from and they are tasty.It's a small place with swivel chairs in front of window, with table seating outside. Will definitely come back. My drink, marshmallow rose latte had marshmallows on top and rose flavor is not overpowering (make sure you mix it in).“
“UNDERRATED. It’s rare to find a coffee shop now that is focused more on the craft and less on moving Fast. It hurts me to drive so far away from downtown Modesto, but it’s worth the trip bc I know I’m getting 100% Quality espressos or lattes. Not an overcrowded hipster shop but a small nook in a vitamin shop. Bought some beans for my home espresso machine and I’m looking forward to pulling a shot.“
“OMG! The Soup today was beyond awesome, always clean and friendly. The art on the walls is a must see. My Sandwich was one of the best. You will no go away hungry and price...$12.99 is money well spent. Parking can be an issue but it's worth driving around the block to fine somewhere to park. Lot's to choose from off the menu.“

“Very pleased with my experience here. While the place smelled a little funny and it was completely empty when I walked in I decided to still go ahead and give it a try. I came in knowing I wanted Taro flavor, but unsure of any add-ones but the gentleman who I presume was the owner suggested aloe Vera boba and he did not steer me wrong! Excellent flavor, milk and sweetness balance was perfect and the aloe (which is real by the way) did not overwhelm. 83/83 will come again.“

“It was nice that there were no long lines and the gentleman behind the counter was helpful and polite. Right next to Raley's the boba drink and Coconut smoothie were excellent and I had the strawberry banana frozen yogurt was delicious. Two thumbs up .“
“The second-best donut in Modesto is hidden at this hole-in-the-wall shop. The cake donut is just a teeny bit crisp on the outside (so, different in style from Mr. T's) and fluffy on the inside. Selection is varied but not huge -- the strength seems to be in cake and old-fashioned donuts. On my visit, there were also apple fritters and three varieties of filled donuts. I did not see crullers or chocolate cake donuts.Don't be put off by the neighborhood (it's just light industrial, nobody's going to bite you) or the building (California rural architecture is like this -- the cheerful mural is a sign that someone is serious about this business).“

“Asked for something strong while waiting for Jury Duty. It was stuffy in the courthouse so my usual hot coffee choice didn't feel appetizing. Wonderful barista recommended the white mocha frap with 3 shots of espresso and ground coffee beans for the extra jolt. Man it was wonderful and refreshing.“
“I came for the first time yesterday which also happened to be their 5th Birthday as a business. I got a delicious strawberry orange smoothie and this jalapeno bagel with cream cheese that was to die for. The atmosphere was very cutesy, definitely inspired by the coffee shop in friends, but still very original with art all over. The meeting area is this nice little indoor hall just outside the main bakery part. They forgot to actually get me my bagel, so after about 10 minutes of waiting I reminded them and they got it to me very fast. Overall a great experience and I will come back.“

“This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations when I visit the area. The batistas are pretty chill and do an excellent job at making specialized coffee and other drinks! The ambiance is great too with a simple seating arrangement. Unfortunately there are no outlet receptacles and the washroom is code entry with assistance from a team member. Parking is a little compact but is on site. Store is also very clean.Parking: Parking is in the front of the store on the west side with a west and north entrance/exit.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp on the north side of the store.“

“How this place has some amazing boba tea! It's really hard to pick a favorite, but I think so far strawberry is mine. Especially if you get the strawberry popping bubbles.
