I just am speechless as to how long it takes to get a bean burrito. I literally waited at least 10 minutes after ordering from the kiosk. And no one to even greet you to take your order

On 12/24/23 at 1:15pm after waiting in the drive thru line for over ten minutes with only one car in front of me I receive two soft tacos instead of the soft taco and chicken quesadilla that I ordered.
If i could leave no stars i would. Just left after standing at the register, never got acknowledged even though they kept looking at us. Acted like they were too busy for us even though i didnt see anyone in the drive thru and we were the only people inside. Rude !! We going to ihop instead!
