April 14 Lunch time. This was the first time I have ever been to Charley's because we are visiting from out-of-town. Our experience started out great. The girl taking our order was super helpful and friendly. We got our order number and sat at a table in front of the food court booth. I waited and waited to hear my number, watching intently. I didn't like this employee's behavior cause, 1)he gave me too little fries, and 2)he operated the cash register then prepared my food order WITHOUT changing his gloves. Next time I see this employee at Charley's I will not buy food from there!
