Our experience dining at Caruso was exceptional from the moment we were seated. The service, the ambiance, location, and of course the food. We went with the 4 course dinner menu and the flavors, and presentation were nothing short of fantastic!. This was a Birthday celebration I will remember for some time. Highly recommend.
Located on the beach side of the Rosewood Miramar hotel, Caruso's fine dining experience is probably my latest favorite Everything was perfect. The food, the service and the atmosphere was impeccable.

Most scenic restaurant space of all time. Have a drink at the bar, then spend the rest of the night telling everyone about it. Exceptional service, conversation and mixology. We had three of the best cocktails ever created. An elevated espresso martini with some citrus flair, a wild Japanese whiskey drink with local honeycomb, and the most elegant margarita on planet earth. A must try.
