Permanently closed. Heard through the Chinese Auntie grapevine, so take with a grain of salt. There was a fire one night after closing time and supposedly, the owner has no intent to rebuild. Too bad though. This was one of my family's go-to spots for solid dim sum in SGV. I hope there are more places for dim sum nearby (jk).

I ordered a few dishes and here are the ratings - Har Gow: 1/5 for undercooked low quality shrimp - Lotus wrapped sticky rice: 5/5 great - Shiu-mai: 4/5 just ok, too much fat - Shrimp rice noodle: 4/5 for unflavored sauce - Chicken feet: 4/5, just ok - Beef tripe: 3/5, doesn't taste too good for some reason, no tendon - Japanese tofu: 2/5 the egg tofu was a bit heavy, flour covering was thick - Egg tart: 5/5! Really enjoyed our meal here. Not the best dim sum I've ever had but it was the best dim sum we've had in California so far. Food came out in a prompt and timely manner. The congee was a nice consistency, had great chicken flavor and was seasoned nicely. The shrimp dumplings were good.
