My wife and I both love Asian food and my wife has been wanting hand made noodles. We live in the San Fernando Valley and we haven't found any hand made noodles in our area. So I looked on the Internet for the best hand rolled noodles and Kam Hong Garden came in second. I told my wife that we were going to dinner but I didn't tell her where. Shohan noodles are really pure and delicious! Salads must taste good and fresh! Auntie's service attitude is super good! I go here often, but the only drawback is that the cold dishes can be assembled to make them even more perfect! I’ve basically eaten all the noodles! It can be said that everything is great???
