Legit. Would recommend! Northeast Chinese styled food in Monterey Park, fairly easy to get from upon exiting hwy 10E, there's street parking and I think some parking in the rear too. I didn't have trouble finding parking on the street. The restaurant itself was not big but cozy, the decorations inside were interesting. People were pretty friendly and the restroom was clean. Ordered a few stir fry here from Ubereat. Those r good but the guo bao rou as a signature dish (because everyone's ordering) was quite disappointing. The pieces are 80% batter so thick and detached from the pork inside. A few of them with no pork just batter....and it's so oily at the bottom.

Really good Chinese food here! I came specifically for their candied yam (拔丝地瓜), and it is one of the best I've had around here. We also got their Guo Bao Meat, TieBan beef & veggies, and their Guan Dong fried rice, all were excellent.We came at 2pm on a Friday so it was only us in the restaurant. The waiter that served us was very nice. We'll be coming back!
