It's rare to find a shop like this in the US. In many parts of China, like Chongqing and Chengdu, these shops are at most busy streets. This place serves a type of street food that is known as å¤å‘³. Basically different types of meats from duck, beef, pork, veggies, etc. that are infused with a seasoning. In this case of this shop, you have two seasoning options 1) numbing spice 2) sweet spice. If you like Chinese style "side dishes" then you will love this place! Everything is super spicy and the flavor cannot be beat! I got turned on by this type of food from a good friend of mine who is Chinese from China. At first it may take some getting used to, but if you're a foodie and love to explore different types of food then this is a must! But you need to love to eat spicy. This is a spicy lovers HEAVEN!!

It's delicious, but the last time I bought a duck head, they removed the duck's chin and sold it separately. It was attached to a very long neck. If you don't like eating the neck, it would be annoying.
