The burger was epic. The service was great. There were a few old grandpa-looking men playing cards at lunchtime. It seems like that's their routine. It was a really friendly atmosphere, like walking into your grandparents' house for Sunday dinner with your dad manning the grill.
We have dined at Duffy's over the years but not for quite a while. On this last visit, we decided to order some food to go. It was wonderful! My husband had the yummy Irish Stew with beef, potatoes and carrots which he loved and also ordered a Chili Beef Dog, which he said was as good as it gets! My first time at this restaurant. My kind of place. I ordered the Fiesta burger with their slaw. We also ordered a basket of onion rings. The food was delicious and plentiful. Only negative was our server must have had a bad day. Not very personable. I truly hope it was just because her day had been difficult. Definitely will go back.
