Pablo and his team executed perfectly exactly what we had planned for our wedding. Command Performance did a fantastic job on the day of my wedding. Everything was so smooth and the guests raved about the food and service. The braised short ribs were incredible, as well as the jalapeño mac and cheese. My guests were also loving the spicy margaritas we chose as our signature drink.
