if you can have a 5 star customer service experience at a jack in the box it's worth yelping about. Stopped at the drive through for a light snack off their snack menu. Date 2/9/23 at 12:52 pm. Order # 873. First Norma was taking orders outside in the wind, was so nice and sweet felt bad she had to stand in the wind . It's a jack in the box. You should know how the food is. It's consistent with all the jacks out there. The staff is friendly. Unfortunately, the self serve drink dispenser has trouble with the touchscreen, so I couldn't pick exactly what I wanted.

Always great and friendly service ! Food is great. Only thing they need to work on is their drive through window, they need to bring it out so it’s closer to the drivers and easier for the team members to hand off the orders.
