Don't miss these Moorpark Mexican restaurant gems.
“Small place hidden within this shopping center. Food was good. The service was good. The food was served quickly. Had the flautas and the chilled relleno. Even though they were good I didn't find the food amazing enough to come back. Would recommend to try but will not be a regular place I go out to eat.“
“I go here alot for their Fish tacos. Their fish tacos are top tier. ? and the prices are super cheap compared to other places. The people there are also really nice and friendly. They also have a nice little setup outside if you feel like eating outside. Can't really ask for any better.“
“I visited this place for the first time, I came with my family and we concluded that it deserves 5 stars for everything. From the moment we walked in we were greeted by one of the staff; the system is very simple, you order and then you take your place or places, shortly after the food arrives at your table. I / we will come back.Thank you to the El Pollo Corona Grill staff for making us feel welcome.“
“We have sat in and had a team party catered. The food was great and service was great. We ordered 26 burritos, beans, rice, chips & salsa. The boys talked about how good the burritos were. Price was good and well worth it. I have a new favorite Mexican restaurant in “
“By far the best Mexican food in Moorpark! The chorizo breakfast burrito is my favorite. And their carne asada actually has char and flavor! Their bolillos are unmatched and their sweet breads are delicious! The owners are also really kind people and they make you feel welcome no matter who you are!“
“I truly recommend this place it's an amazing place to eat. I went on Saturday and this cashier named Sophia was the sweetest person ever I messed up on my order and i told her about it and she fixed it for me Tapatio is an amazing place 10/10 overall it was great“
“Had a craving for tacos and decided to stop here. Ordered 6 tacos, which totaled to about $20. Tried the asada, pollo, birria, and pastor tacos. They were all so good! Just the right about of spice and juiciness. The service was fast, we waited for about 5 minutes before we got them. There's a sauce and sides bar where you can pick up some spicier sauces or some radish. This is more of a grab and go kinda place, but there is some seating inside and outside.“
“I've gone to this place for years and will not stop going as long as I live in the area. All of the bread is delicious and fresh and amazing. Their conchas are my favorite but I love everything I've tried. I also really enjoy their chicharrones. The staff is lovely and helpful as well.“
“I can literally walk into this place order my burrito to go, pay and walk back out in the same 3 minutes. They do a great job rolling the burritos and all the ingredients are fresh and delicious! The restaurant is always clean and the staff is always quick and accurate!Vegetarian options: I recommend the veggie burrito hot!“
“I have never had a bad experience here. Both bartenders have been bartending since the 1980s, and make great drinks that never lack flavor or alcohol. Also, the pricing is right for the area. We have been to other bars in the area off of Los Angeles Ave and they were overpriced and drinks were water-downed trash. Jalisco is a chill local spot and people are personable there. A+“
“Lalo's getting down with the shrimp and enchiladas tonight. My wife and I, as always enjoy having dinner at Lalo's, great food and Lily makes it n my other best strong margaritas (Lily margarita). It's always great to have a Lily Margarita on a Friday night to unwind.“
“If you're looking for a delicious place to eat traditional Mexican carnitas, this is by far the most superior spot. Dont let the huge line out the door scare you away, they move very fast.Traditional hand made tortillas, fresh food and great customer service, you can't go wrong.“
