The manager Jose, I believe that’s his name, is really rude to the waiters, made my family uncomfortable and wonder how can he have attitude and be a smarty pants with the employees. Makes us not want to go back to this ihop. How can a big company like ihop hire managers like that to yell at their employees in front of paying customers when we’re just trying to eat in peace.Stick up for your self’s girls!!!
My NY strawberry Cheesecake pancakes were dry, dark brown, and over cooked with one speckle of cheesecake in them. Then I took a bite of my sausage in front of the manager, who was there to pick up my pancakes and have the cook remake them, and I there was a grain of dirt in it. The manager collected it in a black sauce cup after I spit it onto my napkin , but he never offered to compensate me, even though he witnessed it. Food was great, service was great but it smelled like the sewage pipe busted somewhere both times I visited which makes me think it just always smells that way which is not great for a place you want to sit and EAT.
