Ordered a premium chicken sandwich and got a soft taco with the chicken patty inside the tortilla. I asked for the correct order and they gave me a cheap chicken sandwich that cost far less than the one I ordered. I understand messing up and having to correct the issue but to do it again after having to come all the way back is more than frustrating. Staff need to slow down and do things right the first time instead of rushing to compete with each other to see who is faster.
Food was nice and hot. I prefer to wait a bit as they make it, not like McDonald's, where everything is already cooked and left in pre-warming trays. Service was still fast and
