Quite authentic and consistently great pho. I switch it up between the chicken and filet mignon, both are incredible and always hit the spot. Grab some extra noodles for leftovers or you will rightfully feel a pang of guilt throwing away broth this good.
Perfect pho at a perfect lil hole in the wall right in the heart of downtown Mountain View.I LOVED the Cha Gio (egg rolls with shrimp, pork, dressed fishcakea and some vegetables… I will dream about these. We came here to have a quick lunch. Food came fast and the order was correct. The broth was well balanced and quite good. I can rate the broth on how many items I need to add to the broth to get it to my taste, and I didn’t have to add anything to make it taste good. I would like to come back and try other items as they have other items such as vermicelli dishes as well. I have bookmarked this place for a return trip!
