I never make reviews but this one I had to do.. they didn’t have chips, sour cream, fresh rice nor fresh veggies. I asked for white rice and the guy had to run over to the to-go service line to start my bowl because the main service line was empty. Next, I asked for veggies but there was literally scraps left and so I expected the person making my bowl to ask me if I wanted to wait for some fresh ones. Unfortunately, the chipotle on Trancas has gone seriously downhill. They no longer offer a military discount and two ladies working there were extremely rude and no one smiled or said hello when I walked in. the workers here look like they would rather be anywhere else… go to the one on Soscal. I’ll never go to this one

Our food was made and we waited 10 minutes at the register to pay. I had to ask to pay. The guys on the line were good. They made our food and were nice but other then that, the place was a disaster. Sad, because we love the Chipotle brand.
