My girlfriend and I came here for some good Mexican food. I ordered the #2 Enchiladas combo with beans and rice. I ordered one enchilada with shredded chicken and one with cheese. I really liked the chicken, it was tender and seasoned perfectly. I also like the chips and salsa. I ordered a taco with my meal and it came with a taco holder which was pretty cool. Took my sister on a day date and drive we left from Los banos headed down mercy springs to drive up the five, with no particular destination in mind. We decided to stop of in Newman for some Mexican food and landed on Santi's.I'd say my taco salad was particularly delicious and the customer service was impeccable! I ordered the Chilli Verde plate and it was very delicious. I also ordered the shrimp and octopus cocktail and that was one of the best cocktails I have had in a long time. My very talkative kids ordered burritos and they all finished them without saying a word which usually means that they love it. If you're within 35 miles of Santi's Mexican Grill you should stop in and treat yourself, I will be coming back again.
