We have had the same delivery guy each time and he always friendly and pleasant. Round table the favorite pizza for most my staff, so when it’s right and the service is great, it just makes it that much better. “Whenever my family and I go on vacation to Newport, we often eat here. The pizza is delicious and decently priced. The location is great and the restaurant has always been clean. The side of the restaurant is open so you can sit and people watch and enjoy the cool air.“
“Had people working at my house Christmas Eve Day and ordered pizza for them online then left to run some errands. I am not technologically incompetent so when I received a call an hour later saying that the pizzas were still at the store awaiting pickup, I almost blew a fuse. As I drove to the place to pick up my hour and a half old pizza, I internally fumed about how a website could not clearly indicate pickup or delivery--which I admit I should have reviewed a bit better at the order summary phase.As I walked into the store trying my best not to lash out at the people working because part of me understood they were just following the instructions given, I gave them my name. I was informed that because the pizzas were old, they had taken it upon themselves to make two fresh ones that would be out of the oven in a minute.Great customer service. I was so impressed with their desire to provide a fresh product that my internal angry dialogue immediately switched to gratitude. Not sure if it's company policy or if this location has quality people working there but it doesn't matter, they made my first review go from furious to complimentary. It’s always super fresh, always consistent.On top of that, location is easy to find, easy parking and super clean. Liz helped me out today and she was so kind. “One of kind pizza! At least for Costa Mesa. Deep dish Chicago style is one you must experience. Thick but almost croissant like crust piled high with toppings. Tomato sauce was tangy and delicious. Full of meet and cheese. The 14" was enough to feed 5 people. One slice pretty much filled most of us up.“

“I saw this place while on my way to my favorite burrito joint (more on that place later) ?Anyway I stopped by and ordered a two piece combo meal, comes with fries and a drink for about $14 bucks.The chicken is prepared to order, no pre-made food sitting around under a heat lamp, or microwaved before severed. Cooked to order and served piping hot, very fresh ? very tasty. Now the restaurant is called Krispi "Hot" Chicken and they live up to their name, you can have your fried chicken (chicken tenders and sandwiches too) mild or spicy and I do mean Spicy ? they have like 20 different levels of Spicy, I chose the medium hot level, and boy it was really really good, crispy, juicy and just the right amount of heat. The fries were very good also nice and crispy and a good amount for the order.I spoke with the owner, he said they've been in business for a year now, so that's a good sign that people like the food. “Wow, just wow! Obviously, we had to try the gyoza. I ordered the pork option (you can do chicken, pork, or 2 other options that I can't remember right now, veggie I think). You then have the option of choosing the sauce for the gyoza and there were so many options! I chose the teriyaki and the mango haberno, which ended up being my favorite. I also ordered the rocking salad, spring mix with Caesar dressing. I wasn't aware that it came with onions so there were really strong onion flavors in my salad, which I'm personally not a fan of so next time I'll make sure to ask for no onions. Otherwise, salad was fresh and dressing was ok. My husband ordered the steak sandwich and made me wish I had ordered it too. I had a bite, ok maybe two, and it was delicious. The steak was extremely flavorful and tender, not chewy at all. The slaw mix was fresh and a perfect compliment to the steak. The roll it came on was soft and melted with the steak. The lunch deal is awesome because it comes with the sandwich, a side (we got the fries which were really good) and a drink for $15! So not only was the food really good, everything was reasonably priced which is a rare find in this area. My husband's exact words were "wow, can I order this everyday?". I couldn't agree more! The location is right in front of the plaza to the left side. Parking is free for the first 15 minutes if you are just looking to pick up, or they validate parking also! They have some games inside so it's worth eating in. I will say we tried to order their food the first time through Grubhub but the menu was wrong on there. They called me from the restaurant to let me know and my order was completely refunded through Grubhub. Just great customer service!“
