this poor girl was working a shift completely alone and she was so overwhelmed i feel bad, yall need to do better as a company! one person is not enough to run this. the food was amazing, kinda pricey but it’s 2023 so.
I really love this place. I been to their Irvin location and Newport location. Really good ones. Pancake with Nutella is my favorite. One important thing I noticed is the staffs are really nice and well trained. In both shops the staffs are super cool and polite.One other thing is to the owners. I felt seriously bad in the Newport location. At night their is only one employee so waiting time is so high. Also the machine to make pancakes is only one. Can't u give an extra one.....read full review

This place is highly recommended to come and try out. Customer service is top notch, very nice and friendly employees and owner. Amazing drinks and chocolates snacks. Must try: Snickers milkshake, Turkish coffee, cookie butter Latte, and the crepes are to die for.
