I can see why Islands is closing stores. Saturday night 7:45 and it's empty.Food quality has gone down hill. Ordered the Big Wave burger with cheese Medium/Well, center was still Raw! Ewww! French Frys had so much salt they became unedible. I let the server know but it was her first time back at the table since food delivery. Salads and burgers, but done with island flair and flavor. The surf theme is strong and the service attentive. Waited about 15 minutes for a table at peak Friday rush, but service was quick. Some good healthy options such as Turkey instead of beef.
