I really like this store, the people are so nice and the outside of the store is very clean. I just feel bad every time I order from here because they are so busy and also so understaffed. I put in a mobile order for 1 regular sized sandwich at 12:20, it told me my pick up time was 12:40. I showed up at 12:45 and my sandwich wasn't started yet. and it's of no fault to the employees who were working that day. how could it be? there was only 2 of them on a friday afternoon. For the first time ever the Original Italian sub I ordered had some crunchy hard crumbly wheat bread. For $17 id expect much better. Seems this branch be using old bread to cheap things out.

I come to this Jersey Mike's once or twice a week because it's very close to my house although I do enjoy their sandwiches I notice when they are busy they don't really work too well together as a team and their lead usually seems pretty stressed out because the other workers lack speed and seem like they are stressed out and the food will take a long time to be made especially if they are backed up with online orders sometimes the bread that I receive is stale or over cooked...read full review
