Whenever I am in the valley, and I want ceviche, I go to this place. This is the best ceviche in town. The new owner Mariah, has enhanced the menu with more food items which is great. I absolutely love C-Viche Express! They now are under NEW management, new owner Mariah has a very pleasant aura and the best customer service! She made sure our meal was correct and gave us enough tapatio, chips, and tostadas a lot extra. I tried the chicken keto taco for the first time, and it was quite delicious! Food is always fantastic here. Had ceviche, aguachiles, tacos, chilaquiles, and even the salsa is tasty. New owners implemented online menu, made the atmosphere better with less signage, gave his employees raises and is present doing all the work they are with them. His interest in improving the place for his customers and employees shows. I'll be back and I'll be recommending to family and friends. Keep up the good work ?
