You guys are done. I’ve been coming here since you first started and every year it gets worse and worse. There’s never enough people working so they’re understaffed and it takes way longer to get the food than they suggest on the phone. This most recent time they fully forgot about my order and when I went to pick it up it hadn’t even been started yet. There’s new people working there every two months. It’s a shame because the food is good but they’ve lost it over the years. RIP Bird Box

I was given the incorrect order and I also additionally had a complaint as soon as I picked up the food. The worker shrugged and said "that's my manager" I guess blaming the manager for the small wings and lack of seasoning when I had specifically asked for extra seasoning in the notes. Anyway I drive all the way to downtown LA and start eating and I realize they actually gave me the wrong wings. I went to the website and left a message and I also called. I ordered 9 days ago and no one has answered. Attaching a pic of the unseasoned fries (I went back to ask them to season it and he gave me a cup of seasoning haha) and the pic of the wing being literally smaller than the seasoning cup. Crazy.

The first thing you see when you order from their website is proudly stating that they provide "in-house delivery" in the banner, but when I made my large order of 40 wings, fries, and two chocolate chip cookies, I get a notification from DoorDash about 20 minutes into the cook. I hate DoorDash since they're always late, even when the restaurant is less than 10 minutes from my door. When BirdBox's Blizzfull website told me my order was less than 5 minutes away, DoorDash told me 20 minutes. It wasn't a full 20 minutes late but it was late enough for the wings to be lukewarm.When my food did appear, it was sloppy as hell. The two cookies were a melted pile of dough in a wax bag. The fries were cold and floppy. I know fries aren't always delivery-friendly, but this was unacceptable. I ordered 40 wings with different sauces and they were all tossed in the same container, "separated" with wet wax paper that didn't keep them from mixing with one another. The only saving grace was that my lukewarm wings were still tasty but the other folks eating with me wondered why my Korean BBQ wings' sauce hit their salt and pepper wings. You would figure they would put the different sauced wings in separate containers like virtually any other wing spot, but no.Called Bird Box. They didn't know about their website. No manager onsite but they took my number for their manager to call me back. Manager did call and we did have a cordial conversation but he told me that the fries are sent in a bag and seemed perplexed when I told him this wasn't the case. I texted him pics of the food upon request and never heard back. Thank you for reading this novel-length review to simply say: This place isn't worth your money because they apparently don't care about how their customers receive their food.

Oh my god this is just super delicious chicken with lemon pepper, it's something magical, I'm delighted with the very tasty dishes, the service is at the highest level, pleasant, smiling and friendly staff, everything in the room is very clean and tidy, a great place for lunch and dinner with the family, incredibly tasty I can't stop talking about this again and again, you guys are just magicians, thank you very much to everyone and my recommendations, I definitely give 5 stars, if I could I would give 10 stars you are the best

These wings are absolutely awful. They are dry. Tiny. None of the flavors they claim actually come through. And you can taste the old oil they used to cook one of the flavors. They gave the celery and carrots but forgot the dip that was supposed to come with them. I decided to try them to give them a chance as I normally order Wingstop. Never again. Stay away from Birdbox if you order for delivery. I don't know what the restaurant is like inside. But from this, I will never find out either. Run. Run quickly. Don't look back.

Chicken was so oily I could not eat more than 4pcs.. the fries came straight out the bag frozen was better to eat then the chicken. All the sauce is water down and tasteless. Cooking area and counter looked dirty and not well kept.. staff was pleasant and quick to finish my order.I do not recommend this place unless you like oily food, one of worst chicken wings I have had so far
Great food, good value, great service....lots of sauces to choose from, and the tenders were hand battered lightly and super juicy. The store is old and rundown but worth it. I will be back.

ohhhh man..... I really don't leave reviews unless it's absolutely necessary! Ive been a long time customer at bird box probably since they open NoHO location which is down the street. My usual is their signature fries and bone-less mango Habanero and let me tell you..... its usually bomb AF! However, the last 3 times Ive order its been absolute trash. They seem to have new employees every single time. They always fuck my ish!!!! My order is usually $30 + and it seems like the higher the prices go, the shittier the food quality. Their Signature fries have less chicken these days, less house sauce, sometimes they forget to even add sauce. and it's cold by the time I eat. The wings are either burnt or they are straight up raw, either way is pretty nasty. I decided to give them one last chance I ordered my usual and I even added an order of zucchini fries and they too were burnt with tasted of old oil. I also ordered a side of coleslaw and I came in a small paper like bag and it was old looking, even had rancid odor. when picked up the order the guy was cleaning getting ready to close with 30 min left. that kinda explains the shit bag they called my order. I've ordered both in person and online and both are equally disappointing. I love music but they blast music so loud sometimes it's a bit annoying to talk over it and sometimes they don't hear you come in the store when picking up order. Once I ordered in person, I had to wait almost an hour cause the guy was more interested in flirting and making innappropiate comments. 20 min later placing order, I went back only for the guy to tell me he forgot to ready my order and it was going to be another 15 min and we'll 30 min later... I got my order and it was burnt and soggy and old. Sadly, I don't think I'll be returning! found a new place on magnolia and Vineland.

It was my first time and Pablo is absolutely the most incredible person and had the best customer service. He was extremely kind and broke down every single thing down to me before I purchased. I will be coming back solely because of how kind this man is you will be lucky to have him. And also the food was incredible!!!
