burgers and the scene here is excellent. service is always awesome even when they have a full house. fast, efficient, and courteous service. bring your hunger - portions are generous.

My friends and I came to this BurgerIM last night. We tried another location in Van Nuys but they were already closed so we tried another restaurant across the street but they were closed as well so we just went to this BurgerIM location. When we walked in, there was no guest inside and they closed eating in. We got there 30 minutes before they were schedule to close so we were able to put in our orders. My friends and I came here for dinner since we tried 2 other places and they were closed. They closed dine in so its takeout or delivery. I ordered the 12 wings since I already had burgers for lunch. I was surprise to find out they charge for ranch. So I didn't get any because its per quantity and not overall price. I thought the wings are okay but it wasn't my favorite.
