Giving 5 stars but conflicted because I don't want this review to be overlooked by the community or upper management. The man working tonight is doing it all alone. I've seen him before handling the shift on weekends by himself too and if he hasn't gotten a raise by now honestly thats immensely disappointing. Please flame broiler, know what you have and reward those who not only do good work, but juggle 3 positions at once. He is preparing food, handling the register, and managing at the same time all while speaking Spanish, by himself. Props and respect to this man. Matter fact, if you read this review as a potential customer, pay a visit to him and tip him! My only regret is not getting his name. He's Latino, probably someone's dad, just trying to make ends meet. He's been there for 8 years! Oh yeah and the food is delicious, guess that's what happens when it's made with care and hard work. Please, bump his pay and hire more staff.

Been coming here for years and I love the food. Always get the beef. Tender enough for a fast food place. Very tasty. Ingredients seem fresh. I always enjoy it.Only ONE employee though. SMH. I have never seen more than one employee here. He is super nice and very good at customer service. He always has a smile on his face. The owner is very fortunate to have him. I usually don't have to wait very long, but it's been about six months since I've been here, because the last time I was here, I had to wait 19 minutes for my food!!! The poor guy was swamped and couldn't keep up. Whatever his wage, he's not paid enough.

Food was fresh, great , swift service! Such a kind man that handled my order. I will be returning. As I sat in my car to eat he was thoroughly cleaning everything. That is very reassuring.

Came here yesterday at 12:00pm for my lunch, ordered a chicken mini bowl to go. Got back to my office and saw it was a beef bowl. I called the location and spoke to "Joseph" and asked if I could come back and he'll replace it, however, my lunch was over. He took my name down & said the next time I come he will replace it. Lo and behold! I come back the next day and another worker was there & I explained the issue to him. He refused to replace my order, even though I spoke with Joseph already. He wouldn't let me talk to any manager and to top it off, when he turned me away, he continue to bash and slander me to another customer. How unprofessional & will not be coming to this location. Avoid this location at all cost. So unprofessional, rude and so low.

Came in on a Sunday evening around 4. Not busy at all. I could see the cook was in the back cleaning and the cashier sitting in the lobby speaking to some guy, assuming her boyfriend? Waited about 10 minutes for service and no one came up to take out order. Ended up leaving. Both of the employees saw us and didn't speak a word to us. Never had the food so I can't give my opinion if it's good or bad but the service is awful.

Firstly, I've been to several Flame Broilers and regularly go to the one in Montebello which I would give 5 stars to! This location however was very disappointing. It was hot inside, the interior was lacking liveliness and it smelled. All the locations I've previously been to have a minimum of (2) employees and this place was a one man show, so understaffed and inefficient! I guess I should have ordered my order in Spanish as the employee had a hard time understanding I wanted chicken and ultimately made the order with beef instead. The quality of food here was half of that of the Montebello store. It's unfortunate that many of the other locations have closed as they were far superior to this one. If anything, this location should be the next one for corporate to close down!

The sole worker doesn’t know how to complete online orders. I had difficulties picking up an online order. Afterwards the worker put the store offline and I couldn’t pick up my order because he said the order wasn’t completed online.After an hour long process: the owner was able to rectify the problem. The food is great. The sole worker needs added training. The worker was still reluctant to make the order and tried to give me a cold bowl. I really want to give this place a 5 star but the employee is definitely the problem.

I used to love coming here when they first opened. The service was good. The inside was well kept. It was chill. And the food was really good. Now, not so much. They have traffic cones and other supplies at the door. The floor isn't clean. The person that takes orders is the same person the prepares the food. If it has to be the same person, then I want them to wash their hands first before preparing food. It's like a small sports bar with the sports on TV, just no alcohol. Anthey don't have enough staff. There was only one person working the Sunday that I visited.

Edgar always works alone. The food was excellent, but the owner is crazy. This guy needs help at cooking. He doesn't need a cashier.

I give it a solid three stars simply because of the fact that the customer service wasn't the best, the guy at the front was kind of dry and had a bit of an attitude. Good wasn't the best, but it was enough to get me full after a full day of hard work. I would say it was mediocre. Overall ambiance and cleanliness of the restaurant wasn't the best either. Menu is confusing to look at, you don't really understand what your options are, I would say the menu needs to be reworked and easier to read. Same for the overall interior of the restaurant, it's depressing. Food would get a 5/10 in my opinion.
