Felt like this place was as legit as you can get for lebanese food. It gets real busy with their outdoor dining. The amount of food they give you is nuts. Everything was delicious.

Solid! This is within walking distance and good - although not the best. I got the mix grill and the meat was a little dry. Like others said, you do get a bag of pita to go with your hummus, this yummy garlic stuff, and a baklava. I would definitely grab food from here again if lazy, just not the top choice for my kabob/ rice fix in the area.

Wow, super authentic, juicy, bomb chicken shawarma and crispy garlic fries definitely coming back!!!

We have ordered takeout from here a few times during the pandemic and it is the best middle eastern food we have found. Flavorful, sizeable portions and they even give you a little baklava for dessert.

Fantastic, fresh, tasty and authentic arabic food. These people know how to make arabic/middle eastern food. I have tried many Arabic restaurants in la and this is the only place I would give a 5 stars review to. Try it out, they won't disappoint you.

Absolutely disgusting. Food was not fresh or even warm. Of greater concern, other patrons were seated, smoking cigars (not hookah, cigars) in the eating area, which is clearly, clearly in violation of the state of CA health code, and a formal complaint with the city has been submitted accordingly. Management was of absolutely no help when we complained that we didn’t wish to have a meal in a cloud of cigar smoke.Enjoy your upcoming visit from the LA County Health Department, folks.

It use to be one of the good middle east restaurants.. but the owner or the manger don't care about the business they have.. I cam to do iftar in Ramadan.. but they don't have any for Ramadan even the water not found to welcome the customers.. we waited like 15 mints in the door and no one even ask us for help .. too bad ? we lost that restaurant

The food here is deliciou and full of flavor. My friend and I split and shared a beef shawarma and Lahem Mashwi Sandwich and an order of garlic wings. Everything tasted great but the sizes of each were a little small, especially the wings. The wings were so tiny we're not sure they were actually chicken. Not really a complaint I would just order more next time. This little gem is tucked away in the corner of a little strip mall and they've done a nice job on their outdoor space. The service was quick and attentive. Make sure you get some of their incredible deserts before you go. The baklava is mouthwatering.

My girlfriend and I split the mixed grill. Food was awesome and portion was great for 2 of us (lasted each of us 2 meals). I wish it came with rice instead of French fries, but no other complaints. Will be back.

Yummmm!! A hole in the wall, authentic Lebanese restaurant! So delicious. My family and I go every other weekend. It's easy to miss, it's located in a plaza ALLLL the way in the back corner. Parking is sometimes tricky because the lot is shared between about 15 different shops. They have the absolute best Lebanese food. There's always a special and it's always a homemade, middle eastern comfort food. The servers are absolutely amazing and efficient. Nova is the best EVER. He always remembers people by name and what their likes and dislikes are. Very caring and pays attention to detail!!! Tip him well!!!! This restaurant doesn't sell alcohol. The owner is an absolute sweetheart! And the vibe is so fun at night on weekends! A lot of regulars that become your friends! Great place

Hayat's Kitchen reminds me of eating in Lebanon or at grandma's house. The food they cook and serve here is authentic Lebanese food and have more dishes than any other Lebanese restaurant. If you live far from this restaurant, I promise you it is worth the drive here. Also, to my Muslim friends, their meat and chicken here is halal.

What a fantastic meal. Really nice outdoor patio, great food, good Covid safety. Totally affordable. I’ll be coming back soon.
