This Jack in the box. I always order in drive through. They always amazed me with their quality of food and good service, with the fast food quality getting worse and price going up. They offer crispy strips and hot fresh fries, burgers were surprisingly good too. The food was stacked nicely and lettuce crunchy and not moist and flimsy. The soda tasted kinda whatever. The service is always good, they give plenty of condiments and never forget to ask you if you need sauce…I don’t no if the other jack in the box is as awesome, but thank you Laurel Canyon Jack in the box for always surprise me with the good fast food and service!

Ordered a loaded breakfast sandwich, had rotten eggs in it, the yolks were green.

Buying for people from work, asked for receipt to show for reimbursement. Asked for receipt twice, window guy said yes it’s in the take out bag. It wasn’t. Manager took his time coming when I asked for him. Mgr. claimed if you use coupon like I did, it gets thrown in the garbage! When he shrugged off no receipt & no coupon, and I asked for money back, he sourly disappeared around a wall, then apparently printed a new receipt with the time now about a half hour after I actually paid them. I suspect the window guy (in cahoots with mgr.?) never rang it up. From drive thru can’t tell what window guy did or if the cash I paid went in the cash register. Regional manager should check this shift out with some cross checks of food usage vs. cash register totals and some secret shoppers.

Every time I've been to this Jack in the Box it seems like the employees like to park in the handicap spot All the time I've told the manager several times about itand she doesn't do anything about it the employees should not park be parking in lot its for the customers they should be parking on the streets it disrespectful for anyone to park in handicaps spots.. because I'm disabled I can never get into the handicap spot because there's always someone parked there that works there
