Today March 17 2024 the told me at 8:40 that o couldn’t order anything else but. Regular pepperoni pizza. And it would take 25 mins the manager literally closed the place 1 hour early!!! It’s crazy she was rude and keep telling me we are about to closed but the hours label says 10pm close time !!!Is the nearest pizza near my house horrible customer services managers are not well trained to fix customer s complaint, Pizzas are never on time and there is almost never Pepperoni pizza ready. I tried to be kind and understanding several times for my sister Was a Manager at one of this franchise pizza Corp, I know how busy it can get but this time I was there I had enough of how rude and careless they are! By Far the worse service !!

Managment realy has to talk to there workers how in the hell do they not have crazy bread ready for clients and tell customers its a 15 minute wait unbelievable its no wonder you have 4 stars your lazy animals

Zero stars if I could for customer service. They got my order wrong and blamed me for not double checking it before leaving LOL. It was an online order, and trusted they'd be competent enough to understand and follow one ingredient. I asked for a refund and was told I'd be waiting a while on the phone and if it hangs up to just keep trying... some retraining wouldn't hurt this location.

We were travelling as a school group. The first order was correct. The second, they left off the pizza for our lactose free student, so we then had to leave the hotel and go and get her something. The third order it happened again! I called the number listed, spoke to someone was put on hold for 28 minutes while they tried to speak to the store, and the line dropped out. I called back. Another 18 minute wait and the line dropped out. I called back a third time and got the store who told me it was door dash's problem. Door dash said they only deliver what they are given and t was the store who didn't make the pie. No one was responsible. NEVER AGAIN. I coordinate 20 + school groups a year. I will never use them again.
