At night we order some food and I order McRib but after when we order we get back home and get my McRib but when i see it there's no McRib so I come back to McDonald's and I tell him forgot a McRib so the workers give me a McRib and they give an apple pie.
Charge 2+ dollars more than most other Mc Donald's. Our breakfast was $30 for two breakfast sandwich combos with an extra hash brown. I did get a latte instead of a coffee, but STILL. The prices at Starbucks are cheaper. And, from the reviews, they clearly have horrible reviews. My suggestion, drive an extra mile and save $10.

The worst McDonalds in the SFV. The employees do not take their jobs serious and are rude and condescending. LETS BOYCOTT THIS POOR RUN STORE!!! Hours listed for today, 5am-Midnight for Drive thru, however, I got there at 10:10pm after picking my daughter up from work. I was patiently waiting in line and as soon as I am entering the drive thru line, this hot head employee placed 4 orange cones and told me they're Closed! I was like please I've been waiting in line for a while, he did not care and started laughing with his buddies. I rather have Kiosks than actual Rude. Entitled workers!! #McDonalds
I've ordered french fries using drive through and instead of it they gave me filet-o-fish, which is nothing relative to my order.I was waiting about 5 min but no one said "how may i help you" and since I saw huge line after me I decided to park on street which was very difficult to do that if you see location. Anyway I went inside and ask manager, his name was Oscar to give me correct order. He was very very rude and I didn't like his attitude ! Zero respect to customer.Mr Oscar how about the phrase: CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT !!My recommendation for General Office is:Its time to FIRE him !!!
