The food is always excellent and everyone that works there is so sweet. We come here a lot and it’s always consistent and delicious. - the prices are all really reasonable as well! The inside dining area is also really cute with lots of plants and art - love that it’s so close to

Accidentally came across this gem after having had a a flat tire incident. Excellent pineapple fried rice ( no egg) , shrimp dumpling soup and pad woon sen (no egg ). Great relaxing atmosphere. Loved the lighting as it brought me back to a scene from a David Lynch movie . 2 thumbs up :) Also wanted to add that the service was gracious + attentive. Will certainly return back

There's no consistency. Sometimes the soups are good and then there's today where the soup is so bland. It tastes diluted. Also there was medium length black hair in our pad Thai. I didn't even bother calling. Just threw it away.

Worst experience ever- do not go! I went in asking to use the bathroom and the woman at the counter told me I had to be a customer. So I ordered lunch and gave a tip because she was going to bring me the food. She brought me the food in a to-go bag. First of all, there were two pieces of shrimp in the entire dish which was almost $20. She then comes over to my table and tells me that they close at 3. It was 3:30. At this point I'm dumbfounded because she literally told me I needed to order food here to use the bathroom and didn't tell me that they were closing. She then asks me if I can eat faster so they can close. ????? TLDR; bad and overpriced food, insanely rude service

A lovely little spot with a surprisingly nice inside decor and great service. Unfortunately the "Thai" fare has been watered down to typical American-Chinese style slop.

This restaurant has been a favorite for years, but last night I went in to get some soup and there was one other couple in the restaurant. The lady went to them first and about three more times before asking me while Im sitting at a table if I want takeout or dine in. I said I am going to decide when she takes my order. She went back and started doing desk work instead of coming to take my order. 17 mins of sitting there and I told her Im leaving. Good way to lose Customers

Expensive AF but really good. I only get the veggie Pad se ew every time and the coconut soup. Never tried anything else. Always strain out all the veggies of soup because they put a lot in. Oh and it has tomato in case anyone doesn't like tomato. But the soup is top notch.

I drive 20 mins to dine-in or take-out from Jakkapat, since it's that good. The service is friendly, attentive and professional. The food is tasty and large portions. I live in Eagle Rock and can't find anywhere nearby that is half as good as Jakkapat. The restaurant is clean and very casual. If you're looking for great Thai food, eat here!

Really good food! Everything I got was pretty amazing. They treated me very nice and had outstanding customer service. Great spot for a date! I had the pad see ew. Pad Thai. Chicken skewers. Green bean salad. And Tom kha shrimp. Everything was amazing! And the Thai tea was great

I have ordered from here many times with no issues but yesterday's order was downright awful. I ordered garlic chicken and it was full of black pepper and not much garlic. The vegetable egg rolls were soggy and flavorless. Their sweet n sour sauce is very thin and watery. I want a refund.Parking: Depends on when you go, the business is in a strip mall

So this place (or so I thought) was recommended by a chef friend of mine (I'm also a chef). Disappointing doesn't even begin to describe my feelings after eating their food. Where to begin... Green papaya salad - missing shrimp; watered down dressing, one green bean, a couple of bean sprouts, mushy tomatoes, actually one slice cut across. Verdict: disgusting. Wanton soup - watery, unbalanced. Verdict: bad Pad Thai w/shrimp - overcooked stuck together noodles, too sweet, not enough peanut taste, three pieces of shrimp for a large portion. Verdict: very bad Mongolian beef - really tough chewy beef, greasy sauce, overcooked onions, no green onion, green and red pepper, mushroom and squash makes the dish too mushy and adds nothing to the taste. If you gonna call it Mongolian beef, stick to the original recipe, or call it beef and vegetable. Verdict: awful Chicken vegetable - overcooked tough chicken breast, greasy sauce, below adequate taste overall. Verdict: very bad Eggplant - SUPER greasy, disproportionally too much bell pepper and mushy onion versus overcooked mushy greasy eggplant. Verdict: awful Egg rolls - no crisp whatsoever, very mushy and greasy filling. Pricing - overpriced. It cost me $112!!! Overall verdict : STAY AWAY if you value your taste buds.
