The Thai Iced Coffee is so so good. I was only visiting for a few days and I know I’ll be craving it for the rest of my life. The staff are very friendly and everything is super affordable!!

Ordered Perfect Donuts today for the first time via Uber Eats and it is so tasty. I can't decide which is better- the Thai iced coffee or the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant (add avocado of course)! Ordered a maple bar also, which is quite delicious but definitely didn't travel well. Also ordered the egg & bacon everything bagel for my partner with no cheese as well as an apple fritter. Definitely recommended.

Chocolate croissants are overpriced and are not that great. My boyfriend got a mapple and he likes it!

This is the perfect spot to grab a bite before or after rehearsal at Madilyn Clark! I'd gotten Thai tea here a couple times, which has always been excellent, but today I also got an egg salad sandwich and was stunned by just how good it was! Made to order, freshly chopped veggies, well toasted, and a good amount of food for the price. I'm sure their other sandwich and breakfast options are just as yummy, and I'm excited to go back!

The size has become smaller, and the old fashion tasted so greasy and had a smelly flavor of something else. They may fry some cutlet or fish in the same oil with donuts? This place have been my place to come for donuts, but unfortunately I won't come back again..
