The only reason I give them 2 stars because the pizza is not bad. The fettuccine Alfredo was horrible . But that's not the reason of this review. The reason is because I ordered pizza and pasta and when I went in to pick up I asked for jalapeños on the side and they wanted to charge for it. It's not the 50 cents it's the treatment. A couple of pieces of jalapeños goes a long way and you have happy returning clients. I will not return to this restaurant , I will support another pizza shop that appreciate our business.

It's telling that if you search the word "rude" in the reviews, you get 10 hits (plus now mine, which make 11). That's roughly 10% of their reviews. Yeesh. I am sick of giving money to rude people. They yelled at me on the phone for two things that I didn't do. In fact, both of the things were their fault. He even said so at the end of the call, followed by a feeble apology after realizing his errors. And to add insult to injury, the pizzas were tiny (FYI - their medium pizza is really an individual pizza) and they were just awful. Really dry. None of the 5 people who were over liked it. This may be enough for you, but If you are curious as what went down, read on. I ordered online. They call me fifteen minutes later. He was unclear but I finally figured it out; He told me that I had ordered two toppings that weren't permitted to be ordered on their "special." Keep in mins that their site says nothing about this, nor does it stop you for doing so (remember, I had already placed my order.) So why is he mad at ME? Then he asks for my address because if I'm far away..."I will charge you more money!" He said I was too far and he had to charge me an extra $5. I told him he already had....when I placed my order (I was also looking at my order where is says DELIVERY CHARGE: $5) and he yells at me - "No you didn't! Where! Where does it say that!!!" So I start going through the bill with him, but before I get to the $5 charge, he cuts me off because he saw the charge..."Okay, okay okay!" Oh oh oh, I nearly forgot. The person delivering the pizza shoved the boxes into my hands and left. No hello, goodbye or even a thank you. Not one word. Maybe it was the same guy from the phone or maybe there's two rude people there. What a way to treat a customer. With dozens of pizza places in the area, why go here?

i liked the food and everything it's just that the pizza was a little too oily. overall it was good tho, the workers are very nice. the place is good though. i would somewhat recommend.

I think I may of accidentally discovered one of the best pizza shops on the West Coast in California in Los Angeles in the San Fernando Valley tucked away in North Hollywood!!! I needed to find a pizza shop that I could go to locally by my office to do an office luncheon and with a little digging I found this place. They have a nice and easy online ordering system which also made it very convenient to place my order with them...which I liked! I told them what time I wanted to pick up and my food was made right on time, piping hot still and ready to go! Now as far as the pizza goes their crust...amazing! Their ingredients really nice and fresh and their pizza sauce...perfection! The only gripe I got out of my office staff on the pizzas was not enough pineapple on the spicy Hawaiian and the pizzas weren't cut very well so slices had to be recut a lot. But tell me what pizza shop doesn't have that problem. They all do...right?!? Lol. The salads tasted good and nice portions for the money. The Buffalo wings a bit on the small side and I had ordered two different heat level of wings and they just put them all in one box which I would of preferred two separate boxes so that we could distinguish the heat levels better. But I would just stress that my wings be separated if I order multiple heat levels in the future. They should be able to accommodate that at that price point for these wings. So just to wrap it up...this pizza was extremely tasty and each style accomplished what its name said it was! There's just a couple of little things this spot needs to clean up on that I mentioned already and they would get a 5 star recommendation out of me in a second! Regardless of that I'm super excited to try some other foods on the menu here...I know my office staff is as well!

I just ordered a thin crust large pizza. Absolutely incredible quality! The best pizza I've had in a while! Prices are fair and the staff were very friendly. I'd recommend this place as one of the best pizza places in the San Fernando valley!
The worst place i have even seen. They decided the price at that moment . They charged 1 coke $6. There's not costomer service , the man who charged at me was very rude

There Armenian pizza is amazing. Great option for vegetarians. All of their pizza are really good. However the Philly cheesesteak wrapped in lavash is must try, really big and filling.

I am absolutely speechless. I NEVER WRITE BAD REVIEWS especially for local business like my own because I know how tough it is but this is something I CANNOT ACCEPT!!!! I ordered two pizzas and wings and paid $69 for it. I called pizza Italia to clarify the price because I felt like 2 pizzas and 9 wings for $69 is a wrong price. So I called them and asked they said that's the price I said okay that's a bit to much. I also am a business owner and those prices are extremely high for a van nuys pizza place and that I will not be continuing business there and good luck to them.An hour later THE OWNER came with his friend. His friend sat laid back in my waiting room chair. The owner began YELLING as loud and he possibly could tell me how dare I call him and tell him that I over paid for pizza. He yelled for 5min ON THE TOP OF HIS LUNGS. Refused to let me speak and then yelled in the parking lot and left.For a grown man TO COME AND YELL AT My mom a CUSTOMER THAT TOLD THEM ITS OVER PRICED IS BEYOND ME!Also if you're gonna charge $25 for pizza at least don't send burnt crust.I'm happy I have all this on my surveillance cameras!!!!!

When the driver came and said that the total is $69 they called back Pizza Italia to get clarification to make sure they were being charged correctly. When the owner said that those are their prices my sister said ok good luck.30 minutes later the OWNER shows up to their business with his friend. The owner started YELLING as loud as he can about how dare they call to question his prices. He refused to let them talk. He went into the parking lot and continued yelling. Other business owners in the plaza and their customers all stopped to come outside to watch him. He seriously showed up to start a brawl.Just because you own a business that doesn’t make you a somebody. You’re so lucky they were caught in the moment and didn’t get the chance to call the police. If you ever think about setting foot near our business again we will press charges. You’re a joke of a business owner with a dying business that can’t even handle a customer asking a question. Do the community a favor and close for good.Good thing we have all this on surveillance cameras.
