Took my nephew there yesterday for dinner as that's where he wanted to go because he had gift cards he wanted to use, he got for Christmas. The card, apparently, were not working or the gift cards were previously spent. My nephew believes it was a mistake, but the workers there were so nice about it and kept trying to help him, that my nephew wants to work there. He's 14. I don't eat meat so I couldn't rate them, but this is my nephews favorite chicken and location. I can see why.

I ordered a meal for pick-up through the mobile app. I drive to the store, try to walk in -- I can't, they're cleaning the floors (during the dinner rush -- great timing, no?). From outside the front door, I ask to pick up my mobile order. I'm told I need to go through the drive-through to do that. I tell them the drive-through has like 15 cars in line, whereas my order's ready right now. They said too bad, drive-through's my the only option. I end up picking up my order 20 minutes after the food had been prepared and ready for me to pick up. The one saving grace: when I was three cars away from the pick-up window, an employee walked out with my order -- so I didn't have to drive through the line in its entirety. Still, very frustrating experience.

You can get original, crispy, spicy, not spicy etc.I use to pass them by but in the last couple of months, it appears I am a repeat Customer.My wife and I love the side orders too. Especially the rice with beans- YUMMY.As far as the Staff goes, people will be people- meaning just because a Cashier didn’t smile, it doesn’t necessarily mean they aren’t friendly. Just got food here November 28th at about 9:15pm and it was close to being inedible. Cold and tasted old and the tenders were literally tiny shreds of chicken not a single tender.

I called and spoke to the manager (liz Valley Village) and I came to her with a food issue and she was so kind and professional, I also felt heard and understood. Liz was very professional its pretty clear on why she's management. other fast food places take notes! If there's ever an issue with your food or anything, Liz has your back! thank you satisfied customer!

This is my local store and I bet they are a franchise.AGAIN, went in and they had no Classic chicken, no fries and several other items missing. This is a management problem because this is a continual issue. You can't blame suppliers on this one. And the employees have an attitude along with the missing food.There is a reason you are losing your business to Chick-fil-A.

Popeye’s has good chicken & sides at a reasonable price. I always use the Drive through. The dining & counter area inside isn’t bad, but I prefer to eat my meals from there at home. I like both their Cajun Hot and regular Chicken. The only problems that I have run into is when there is a long line of cars going to the drive-through. A couple of times they have actually run out of chicken, but that is the very rare exception.

Terrible customer service. Young Hispanic cashier during morning shift at drive through window has major attitude and lack of service mentality. Seems she is not happy working there. Told to park off to side for wait for order. Waited over 10 minutes while 4 other cars behind me received their orders. All I ordered were single sandwiches.
