ODERDER HEAD OF TIME!!! I'd order online, I don't think they will exempt card or cash. My only interaction with them was when he walked out to give me my food. Didn't see any card machine ect. Order ahead of time or your be sitting in a creepy parking lot well at least at night it is. Place is very easy to miss and really doesn't look like much with the fact you can't go inside, they do have a outdoor bench only 1 so don't count on it being empty but not like you would want to eat in the industrial parking lot. The food was great, a tad expensive but very good. I got the Chicken Philly Chessesteak 8/10 that was great could had not went for extra liquid cheese that was a container (similar to nacho cheese) the cheese is good but didn't feel needed. The Cheese Fries 9/10 had the same kind of cheese to it, the fries are steak fries and are very good fried just right and has a nice crisp taste to it. Well done, a bit on the pricey side but worth coming back here again.

Horrible. I ordered via DoorDash, paid for 2 wagyu cheese steaks with pretzel buns and extra cheese as well as the cheddar fries. We did not receive the pretzel buns or extra cheese we paid for. The "wagyu" was on a soggy Costco roll and the cheese was barely detectable. Cheddar fries were gross, soggy steak fries absolutely DROWNING in disgusting fake processed cheese. The cheese sauce was had a congealed film of dry cheese on top. It was inedible. I was really excited based on reviews but completely disappointing especially being that I paid for 2 upgrades on each sandwich which were not revived. Seems shady.

This is a really great sandwich it's hard to find such a delicious philly cheesesteak. I definetly recommend this. And the owner takes care and makes sure his customers are satisfied with their order.

5 stars because I actually like this place, BUT.. this review is long overdue. I've ordered from here maybe a dozen times or more. The first two or three times were a hit. It was great steak, portions were on point, ect. But since then it's been so hit or miss and incredibly inconsistent. A few times they've given me ground beef instead of wagyu steak (and for the same price) You guys are sitting on gold here, and you're so close to nailing the best Philly cheese in LA but you gotta get it together!! The bread: Awesome. Even a little more undercooked would be key. The meat: When it's actual steak and not ground beef, we have ourselves a good sandwich. The cheese type: Don't change a thing. This white American is great. Maybe consider adding whizz as an option. Portions: Tonight's order was more cheese than anything. You need to work on this. I really want to keep supporting, but please work on the ratios and consistency.

I wish there was a way to rate GrubHub only! Placed my delivery order with GrubHub before I realized how far away they were, 4.5 miles took an hour. My bad! I have never had a problem with waiting for quality food & service be it dine in or delivery. But I swear, if I would have noticed it was GrubHub , I would've walked there before I use them. GrubHub has got to be the worst delivery service I've ever dealt with, they're always late and there's always a problem. My food was left at my door, no texts, no knock on the door, no phone calls, so I had the pleasure of enjoying a cold Philly sandwich with soggy fries, I ended up throwing it in the trash. I ordered the Philly steak and cheese sandwich with double meat, between that and the fries , delivery charge , this charge , that charge , my bill was like 52 bucks ;I don't really care but now I do because of the service I received. For me the , meat is cut a little too thick , but it was ok and I'm sure if it was hot it would of been good.

Wow wow Wowwww. That is how I felt as I took my first bite. My teeth sank into the crispy and chewy white bread as It made its way to the creaminess of the avocado and tender pieces of wagyu beef. Succulent and very flavourful. I got mine without onions and bell peppers. Topped it with white American cheese, fresh chopped jalapeños and mushrooms. Hands down the best Philly steak I've had.

Woww woww and woww !!!Amazing place the sandwich was just amazingly good.Super tasty and fresh.Meat quality was also amazing hands down best philly cheesesteak sandwich I've had in southern CA.This was a quality sandwich and everything about it was just fresh and tasty. The pretzel bread is a must

I had high hopes when I ordered, but was very disappointed with the sandwich. Attention to detail wasn't there and expensive topping (avocado) missing. I asked for the peppers on the side, which was ignored. I just wanted a little bit. There were more peppers than anything else on it. The sauce should be called "nothing sauce" because that is what it tastes like. For the meat, I was expecting slices of wagyu, no, it was ground up. This was like a burger stir fry thing. Very stingy with mushrooms, which cost extra. The only part I liked was the pretzel roll it came on, it tasted good with the grease. Uber eats said they refunded me $5, but I don't see it so now I'm going to call them to make sure I receive it. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this very easy to miss SUBPRIME place.

I ordered off door dash. $55 bucks spent on 2 items. The Philly fries and the Philly cheese steak. Extra steak on the fries. A whopping 7 dollars extra. Who cares though right it WAGYU?! Understandable... right? Welllllllllllllllll......., If I knew the beef would be as chewy as a tire I wouldn't have ordered the extra 7 bucks worth. They claim they use WAGYU but I have to say.... THAT CAN NOT BE TRUE. Also if it is... get yourself a NEW WAGYU PLUG! The literal reason I tried them out was for that reason alone. The wagyu beef. Unfortunately it was a total let down. Does have Philly taste and wasn't too bad. Yet the inevitable crunch & munch of inedible beef was nearly every other bite. The bread was decent. All in all I won't be re ordering again. If I had too I would come back and sit and eat. 50 bucks for food that simply lands flat is not a good sign though. The effort is definitely there presentation wasn't bad at all. The food LOOKS amazing. Just the taste and inedible meat makes it tough to rate a spot that prides themselves on having wagyu beef very high. If you ask me you can make a hard pass on this joint and not miss anything special.

We've had delivery from this place twice and have been very pleased. It's a little pricey but worth it. My husband claims this is the best philly cheese steak sandwich he's ever had! Not only is the food good, but tonight when we ordered delivery, the delivery guy never showed - so the OWNER delivered it himself! What?! That's customer service! Let's give this business some love because he cares! Bravo!
