We came to this restaurant today, Monday afternoon, and we parked inside. When we got out, someone hit my car. We called the manager and he said they didn't have cameras. Nobody saw anything. Terrible service. The burrito was cold inside. The plates came out late and not like they usually are here. Usually, everyone gets their plate at the same time. Hot and plentiful. The server was busy and distracted and not helpful. Also, they charge a 3 percent fee for just using ur credit/debit card. And if you split the bill among cards each card is charged 3 percent. Still the place looks and feels amazing

The best Mexican food! Incredible drinks coupled with amazing service. It’s always great!
The food is good and portions are great. Service on the other hand is questionable. It’s a super fast paced environment which causes the servers to get you in and out as possible.

I’ve gone twice now and had an amazing experience until it was time to pay. The first time, I couldn’t find my waiter so after 29 minutes I paid the manager. This time, I noticed the $5 charge for credit and debit card usage. Every single card that is swiped at these restaurants are charged an additional $5 for using a card. Not .35 not .50, not even $1. That’s right, $5 per card at every restaurant. Huge disservice to their waiters because in my opinion, if you want to charge people extra erroneously, just raise the prices on the food; that extra surcharge is completely fouls and unnecessary.
